The Boat Club in White Stone received a Certificate of Commendation from the Richard Henry Lee Chapter of the Virginia Society of the Sons of the American Revolution for proper display of the American Flag. According to the Rappahannock Record the certificate is authorized by the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution and is given to both individuals and organizations. The certificate was presented at a small ceremony due to COVID-19.
