Del. David Bulova is elected to chair the Chesapeake Bay Commission for 2021. According to the Rappahannock Record the Fairfax County delegate who is chairman of the House General Laws Committee succeeds Pennsylvania Sen. Gene Yaw who was re-elected to head the Keystone State’s delegation to the commission. Del. Bulova stated one of his priorities is the successful completion of the Chesapeake Bay Partnership’s 2025 water quality goals saying collaboration is the key to success in this mission.
