The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce names its 2020 winners for Business Person of the Year and Volunteer of the year, Stuart Bunting is chief executive officer of Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury in Irvington and chamber executive director Anne Paparella tells the Rappahannock Record Bunting was nominated overwhelmingly by community members, his peers, staff and coworkers. Andrea Banks is vice president of Sonabank and has volunteered for many events since 2015. Both honorees will be recognized at a celebration later this year.
