Multiple felony charges are brought in a Glenns crash that happened on Jan. 2. Police say Brandon Alan McCarthy was driving a stolen pickup truck when he smashed into the former BB&T bank branch on U.S. 17. McCarthy crashed after leading officers from multiple jurisdictions on a chase with speeds as high as 115 miles an hour. He’s charged with driving while license revoked for a DUI-related charge and endangering another plus disregarding a signal by a law enforcement officer to stop.
