The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is out with its latest State of the Bay report and overall the Bay’s health grade is a D+. The Foundation monitors 13 key indicators and 4 showed declines since the last report in 2018 with one of those indicators being a decline in rockfish. The last report also graded the Bay’s health at D+. The Foundation is calling on the Biden administration to reinstate air and water restrictions that were removed by the Trump administration.
