The public will have a chance to weigh in on an environmental permit application from Dominion Energy for its underwater transmission line project in the Rappahannock River. According to the Rappahannock Record Dominion is seeking approval from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission for the current location of work platforms that were not placed according to original plans. An online hearing is scheduled for Jan. 26 at 9:30 a.m. and the link will be posted at mrc.virginia.gov/calendar/
