The Virginia Department of Corrections is offering incentives to encourage them to get the Moderna shot. With the commonwealth in 1-B of vaccine distribution inmates and jail staff members are now eligible. Incentive packs will be given out starting in early March. So far nearly 650 inmates and around 1175 employees are vaccinated.
