COVID-19 exposures are affecting the Kilmarnock Town Council and the Lancaster County Circuit Court Clerkâs Office. The Town Council’s meeting scheduled for today is being postponed a week to Feb. 1 at 7:00 p.m. The Court Clerk’s office is to be closed today due to possible COVID exposure and the closure is out of an abundance of caution. Officials say they will provide a further update once testing is completed.
