The Virginia State Police 132nd Basic Session held a virtual graduation ceremony last Friday. 44 trooper-trainees took part in the 27-week session including Hunter Dickenson and Richard Warner who are assigned to Gloucester County. They received more than 1,300 hours of classroom and field instruction in over 100 different subjects. For their final phase of training, each trooper will spend an additional six weeks paired with a Field Training Officer learning their new patrol area.
