5th and 6th grade students at Northumberland Elementary and Northumberland Middle School are participating in a 4-H water science education program with their science teachers. The Virginia Cooperative Extension – Northumberland County made kits available to both hybrid and virtual students which include most of the necessary materials to complete 4 hands-on lessons. The kits were funded with a grant from the Institute for Creativity, Arts, and Technology and the VT Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation.
