The suspect in 2 attempted robberies in King George last Thursday is in custody. According to the Northern Neck News the man tried to hold up the Food Lion store then went to a nearby cell phone store and attempted to rob that store. He then went to a nearby home and got into a car and tried to sexually assault a woman inside. The suspect then fled and was caught a short distance away. He was jailed on no bond.
