The Three Rivers Health District reports its COVID-19 vaccine information and appointment phone line is up and running. Officials say to expect major delays in scheduling an appointment. The Northumberland Echo reports that the district currently has one known COVID-19 vaccine site and that is at the Richmond County EMS building on a drive-though basis to offer more flexibility. The District is now in phase 1B which includes those 65 and older.
