Virginia’s economy is doing better than expected. Governor Ralph Northam says they found a windfall of 730-million-dollars in tax revenue from the holidays. This comes after lawmakers revised the budget. Northam says the new numbers show that the state economy continues to thrive in spite of the pandemic.
