A plan to build a self-storage facility in the Town of Warsaw is being met with resistance frrom both town leaders and the Richmond County Board of Supervisors. According to
Southside Sentinel the developers identified as Timothy and Brenda Dolan applied to build the facility at the entrance of Community Park Drive. Mayor Randy Phelps tells the newspaper the facility is not the right use of the land and the Board told the town they feel the location isn’t correct for the facility.
