Essex County is holding a Spring Break photo contest for kids. The winning photo will be featured on the County Facebook page cover photo and the winner will get a $25 gift certificate to the local business of their choice. Contest ends on Friday, March 19th and voting will begin March 20th. Entries should be high-resolution and horizontal orientation/ Photo permissions are required for those 18 and younger.
