A man from Essex is one of 20 who were arrested in a Chesterfield County child sex sting operation conducted last week. Police say Keith Fletcher is charged with felony solicitation of prostitution and use of a vehicle to promote prostitution. The suspects communicated with people they believed to be underage members of the community and arranged to meet them. When the suspects arrived they were met instead by police and taken into custody.
