A Heathsville man died late Wednesday after crashing his rough terrain vehicle. Police say Kenneth Kirk was on Newmans Neck Road heading eastbound when his RTV ran off the road to the right near Fountain Gate. The RTV overturned and Kirk who was not wearing a seat belt was ejected from the vehicle. He died at the scene. Virginia State Police are conducting the accident investigation.
