The Town of Kilmarnock is accepting applications for the 2021 Veterans Banners until April 1. The custom banners honoring those who served the country will hang in Steptoe’s District between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The cost is $100 per banner. To obtain a banner download the application from the town’s website kilmarnockva.com and search for “Hometown Heroes”. A high-resolution digital photograph is requrired. There will again be a self-guided banner tour with a guide available at Town Hall.
