The Essex County Sheriff’s Office reports that two Tappahannock girls girls reported missing were found safe on Monday. 12-year-old Emma Wachsmuth and 14-year-old Olivia Wachsmuth were last seen early Sunday morning leaving their home in the Scotts Mill Rd. area. There were no details provided on where the girls were found but the case does remain under investigation.
