You won’t be able to use the swimming pool complex at Westmoreland State Park this year. Officials tell the Northumberland Echo that there are mechanical issues plus the facility is in need of structural updates due to age and proximity to the river. Those repairs are not possible due to a lack of funding. Other day-use activities are operating and you can still make reservations for camping and to use a cabin or lodge.
