Northam Orders Flags At Half Staff To Honor Ga. Shooting Victims

Governor Ralph Northam ordered the United States and VIrginia flags to fly at half staff until sunset Monday to honor the victims of this week’s mass shootings in Atlanta. 8 people were killed at 3 separate massage parlors which investigators say were operated by Asian Americans. The 21-year old suspected shooter was taken into custody hours after the shootings. It’s not yet clear what his motivation was.
