The Northumberland Public Library is holding in-person and virtual “Story Time” events during April. The first is called “It’s Spring” which takes place at the library in Heathsville on Apr. 1 and virtually on Apr. 8. The second is entitled “Let’s Go to the Library!” and that in-person event is on Apr. 15 with the virtual event on Apr. 22.
