The Irvington Town Council got an earful from residents and businesses about a proposed short term rental ordinance. The Rappahanock Record reports those constituents turned out at the Council’s Mar. 11 meeting to show their opposition to the proposed law that would require obtaining a conditional use permit for each rental and also put a limit on the number of short term rentals within town limits. No action was taken at last week’s meeting.
