A home in Remlik is to be demolished because the Middlesex County Board of Supervisors deemed it unsafe. The Southside Sentinel reports the Board authoritzed a $5,000 expenditure to raize the unoccupied home on Old Virginia St. near Hilliard’s Mill Pond. Once the property is demolished the $5,000 will be placed as a lien on the property and whoever purchases the parcel will be required to pay the lien before taking possession.
