St. Margaret’s School in Tappahannock has a new leader. The board of governors appoints Colley Bell III as head of school effective at the start of the 2021-2022 academic year. He received his Bachelor’s from the University of Kentucky and a Masters from the Klingenstein Center for Independent School Education at Columbia University. Bell will succeed Cathy Sgroi who is retiring on July 1 after 45 years with St. Margaret’s. She plans to take a leadership role in the School’s centennial fundraising campaign.
