Town of Warsaw officials aren’t happy with the work being done by the contractor working on two projects and are now looking at taking legal action. The Northern Neck News reports Mayor Randy Phelps ordered Town Manager Joseph Quesenberry to look at options for collecting a performance bond from Earth Crafters for deficiencies at the St. John’s St. project. The company is also the contractor at The Bounds and officials say that project also has a number of unresolved issues.
