Officials with the Holly Point Market announced they are planning what’s described as a “soft” reopening on May 1 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The Southside Sentinel reports vendors are being contacted and invited to participate in the opening. Vendors will be spaced with one empty space between each vendor. Masking will still be required and all current COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines will be followed. The market was closed last year because of the coronavirus.
