The Lancaster Community Library in Kilmarnock is hosting an exhibit by RAL Art Center award-winning watercolorists Ellen Huddy and Barbara Kershner. According to the Rappahannock Record the exhibit offers insight into each artist’s creative vision and reflection on the value of the art classes provided by RAL Art Center.
