Route 3 travelers crossing the Rappahannock River between Lancaster and Middlesex counties should plan for extra time to cross the Robert O. Norris Bridge starting next Monday. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. as crews perform maintenance work. There will be alternating one way traffic from Monday through Wednesday and intermittent lane closures Thursday and Friday. The project will wrap up by the end of the week.
