There’s a new cardiac care unit open at Virginia Commonwealth University Health at Riverside Tappahannock to serve the Upper Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. According to the Northumberland Echo the new facility will offer those with coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, heart rhythm disorders and hypertension, services including stress tests and cardiac imaging.
