The Department of Forestry and the Virginia Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts will hold a week long, summer learning experience for students in grades 9 through 12. The “Virginia Academy of Natural Resources” is in July with virtual instruction in the mornings and self-directed activities in the afternoons. The only cost is a $25 fee for supplies that will be sent to each student prior to the start of the week. Deadline to register is April 30.
