The Three Rivers Health District continues to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to those in Phase 1C. Those include public-facing employees in industries including transportation, legal services, housing and construction, finance, and utilities such as energy, water and waste removal. 5 other health districts are now in phase 2 and Gov.
