Organizers of the “Clean Essex Project” held a celebration during last Saturday’s Tappahannock Farmers’ Market to thank those for making the event a huge success. According to Northern Neck News the Clean Essex Project team members and Congressman Rob Wittman, who attended the celebration, congratulated the teams of “Trash Troopers” who collected a record 374 bags of trash. The next Clean Essex Project campaign will be held October 16 through November 19, with the celebration November 20th at the Tappahannock Farmers’ Market.
