Colonial Pipeline officials announced late Wednesday that fuel is again flowing from Houston to the East Coast after a cyberattack shut down operations last week. The closure has wreaked havoc in Virginia with GasBuddy reporting nearly 45% of retailers out of fuel on Wednesday. The shortages won’t be ending any time soon as Colonial says it will take several days for supply to return to normal.
