Dominion Energy announced some customers may be eligible for relief from past due bills resulting from COVID-19. Those with arrears on their account greater than 30 days as of December 31, 2020, may be eligible for arrears forgiveness. The company says it hopes this will alleviate some of the financial burden that many have faced during this challenging time. Others with remaining debts may be eligible for payment arrangements up to 24 months.
