A Gloucester County Sheriff’s Deputy already recognized for his heroic actions perfoms another act of bravery. Deputy J. Holt helped rescue a woman who was trapped on her car on May 7 after it rolled over. Holt managed to lift the car up enough so the woman could get to safety. Body camera footage of the incident is on the department’s Facebook page. Holt was previously awarded for saving the lives of 2 individuals from a burning house in March of 2020.
