Northumberland County School District officials are working on the 2021-2022 calendar and are getting input from teachers, students and staff. According to the Northumberland Echo the district is resuming in-person learning this fall but virtual learning may still be part of the plans in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Education’s Virtual Virginia and Edgenuity. Officials are also looking to bring back events that had been cancelled or modified due to COVID-19.
