The Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office asks drivers and pedestrians to exercise caution around the 3 new crosswalks in Callao. They located near the Post Office, Shore Realty, & Callao Firehouse. Drivers should protect pedestrians by giving them time to safely cross and remember, it’s the law to stop for those in crosswalks. Pedestrians should take care to cross at a marked intersection & look before crossing.
