Northern Neck Electric Cooperative has a new Information Technology manager. Ryan Barrack had been an IT specialist for the co-op and was instrumental in moving its workforce to more virtual platforms allowing work-from-home during COVID-19. Barrack’s new duties include streamlining information systems operations and the protection of the co-op’s cybersecurity. During his off time Barrack serves in the Upper Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department and he is a Deacon at Rappahannock Church of Christ.
