Virginians are being asked to take the ‘No Love for Litter Pledge’ and keep the commonwealth litter-free. You can take the pledge by visiting lovers-not-litter-dot-org. Through May 14 you’ll see larger-than-life size cigarette butt sculptures to remind people about the pledge. Keep America Beautiful officials say cigarette butts represent 38%t of roadway litter, 32% of litter in storm drains and 32% of litter in outdoor recreation areas.
