If you use Route 3 between Lancaster and Middlesex counties plan for delays over the Robert O. Norris Bridge as
Dominion Energy remove utility lines attached to the structure over the next few weeks. Beginning Monday through Friday, July 2, crews will mobilize on the bridge and install equipment to start the removal process. Brief, intermittent traffic stops up to 15 minutes during daytime hours are possible. Other work is scheduled for July 13 through July 15 and on July 27. Work is weather permitting
