The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors voted last week to reaffirm its declaration that the county is a Second Amendment sanctuary. According to the Daily Press the new resolution says the county would not enforce any laws passed by the federal government deemed unconstitutional.
While the county’s resolution leaves it to the Supreme Court to determine the constitutionality of the laws, Board of Supervisors member Phillip Bazzani tells the newspaper he believes “red flag” laws and the ban on the assault rifles are unconstitutional.
