Repairs begin today on a section of Hampton Hall Road in Northumberland County washed out earlier this month after heavy rain and flooding. According to the DOT Hampton Hall was closed to through traffic east of Deer Run Road. The posted detour takes drivers to Route 617, Route 600 and
Route 360. Officials say Hampton Hall should be back open to traffic by mid-July.
