Another delay is ordered in the trial of John Hooper who’s accused in the death of Graham McCormick resulting from a 2017 boating crash in Lancaster County. The Rappahannock Record reports the continuance is at the request of request of special prosecutor Matthew Kite. The trial was to have started next Monday. So far the case has involved three different judges, three different prosecutors and a rejected plea agreement.
