Kilmarnock Town Centre Park and Chesapeake Bank welcomes back Music on the Half Shell Stage for 2021. The group “Soul Expressions” will take the stage Friday at 7:00 p.m. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults with those 5 and under admitted free with a paying adult. New this year is the option to bring a picnic dinner. No outside alcohol or glass will be allowed and all bags are subject to search to ensure the safety of all guests.
