The Lancaster Board of Supervisors is working on improving public water access and identified a location for a new development. According to Northern Neck News the location is off Thomas Landing Road and has an existing dock that would be extended into a L-shaped pier to be used for fishing. The existing boat ramp and courtesy pier would also be upgraded. Lawmakers are working on getting permits to begin the project.
