The Middlesex County Public Library system has lifted social distancing restrictions and resumed many normal operations. According to the Southside Sentinel seating at the Deltaville and Urbanna branches is back to normal, and all public computers are available for use. The meeting room at the Deltaville branch will be available for groups to reserve. Late fees will be forgiven for all items returned, no questions asked.
