The Northumberland County Board of Supervisors will reconsider 2 conditional use permit applications when it meets on July 8. According to the Rappahannock Record one permit was to operate a campground on the former Village Green Golf Course in Callao while the other was to renew a previously expired permit to further develop the Waterman’s Cove subdivision off of Fleeton Road . The Board will also consider a No Wake Zone request by Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club at next month’s meeting.
