The developer of a proposed mixed-use project in Dutton is holding a community meeting on Monday. According to the Gazette-Journal Rhetson Companies, Inc. is conducting the session at the Piankatank Ruritan Club in Hudgins at 6:00 p.m. Project manager John Parker says they want to address questions or concerns surrounding property owners may have about its potential project to be built behind FasMart on Buckley Hall Rd. The development will have multifamily homes with some small retail businesses.
