To build a pool or not build a pool – that’s what the Urbanna Town Council is deciding. According to the Southside Sentinel councilors discussed the issue at their June 10 meeting with those in favor saying the town had a pool for more than 50 years with others saying the pool cost would mean taking on debt after already paying off a prior loan. The pool and upgrades at Taber Park are pegged at $1.6 million.
